Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Wrong Item Exchange (Bags)
If you receive the wrong bag, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved or not.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
